針對加入後一段時間仍未消費的會員，您可以透過此模組來詢問顧客尚未消費的原因，進一步觀察並決定是否需要進行調整經營方向。

由未購買原因調查區塊中，點擊右上角按鈕可選擇進入條件設定。

當問卷內容編輯完成並確認要開啟的階段數量後，點選該階段左上角的小方框，立即會從''**未啟用''**切換為''**待命中''。**信件將會於系統運作時間，依照設定之條件進行自動發送。
