# 一鍵匯出

## 進入資料匯出頁面

點選左側「數據中心」的「一鍵匯出」進入畫面。(僅有團隊版與企業版的方案可做匯出)

#### 1.設定匯出之訂單資料欄位

可從左側 「可匯出之欄位」中，將各個欄位拖移至右方 「匯出欄位設定」中，並且於 「匯出欄位設定」中進行排序。

註：匯出欄位設定中的「預設」選項為系統設定。如需另外設定客製化預設選單，請聯繫 ORDERLY 客服。

#### 2.設定匯出時間區間

點擊想要匯出訂單的起訖日期，或是左側快捷時間區間選取，再點選右下「確認」後，系統將開始進行匯出訂單資料。

註：「允許重複匯出」意指在匯出紀錄中，曾經匯出過的訂單資料只會匯出一次。若要避免後續重複匯出訂單，則取消勾選該選項。

#### 3.匯出紀錄

執行匯出後，系統將於匯出完成後自動將匯出之資料寄至 Email 信箱中，可於匯出紀錄中確認該筆資料匯出之時間、訂單區間以及總訂單筆數。

註：匯出紀錄之「移除」僅清除該筆匯出紀錄，不會刪除訂單資料。
